Someone has bought the .co.uk / .uk version of my name, what can I do?
If somebody else has bought the .co.uk (or .uk) version of your company name, and they have done so after you have formed a company in that name then we would recommend speaking to Nominet's Dispute Resolution Service (DRS) with regards to this.

It is our understanding that if you were using this company name before the domain name was registered, then you might have some rights over it but you would need to speak to Nominet's Dispute Resolution Service (DRS) with regards to this.

Nominet are the non profit organisation in charge of all domain names ending in .uk.
