How do I charge an additional delivery fee depending on a customer's postcode?

Summary

There are certain areas within the UK that are hard to deliver to, and require an additional fee known as a 'surcharge'. This fee can be automatically added onto a customer's order using the 'Surcharges for Postcodes' system within your website manager.

Example

Your delivery courier has said that anyone that places an order with the areacode "IV" will be requied to pay an additional fee of £5 due to the location.

You want this to be reflected automatically when a customer places an order with a postcode 'IV', so you need to setup a surcharge on your website for the area code "IV" of £5.

This means that if a customer orders an item from your website from the postcode "IV1 234" an additional fee of £5 will be applied to the total delivery cost.
