Do I have to pay the monthly fee even though my web site is not live yet?
Sadly, yes.

You see the monthly management fee covers hosting of the web site, warranty, support, and software licences which we have to pay from the moment we create your site or present it to you. So we have to pass these costs on in order to stay financially stable.

If your web site isn`t live yet because you haven`t put all your stock, products or content on it then the sooner this is done the sooner you`ll start reaping the rewards from your new web site!

If your web site isn`t live yet because you have a problem with your web site, please click on the "Report problem / get help" link in your web site manager and let us know what the problem is. We really do care and we offer a guaranteed same day response as to not keep you waiting :)


The schedule for when the first invoice is sent for the monthly management fee is as follows:-


OTS (“off the shelf”) web sites

Your first invoice for your monthly management fee is sent on the 1st of the month following the web site being setup for you.

Just to make sure you`re aware of this we`ve done our best to make it clear in our terms and conditions, the web site demo on the phone, and on our invoice for the web site.


Bespoke, custom made web sites, or bespoke web based projects

Your first invoice for your monthly management fee is sent on the 1st of the month following the web site being presented to you in stage 7 of the web site design process. Just to make sure you`re aware of this we`ve done our best to make it clear in our terms and conditions, our original quote, and on the invoice for the deposit.
