My internet and/or WiFi is down
Please note, we do not provide internet connections or WiFi. This information is only offered as advice.

If your internet is down try turning your router or modem off, wait 5 minutes, turn it back on again, wait 5 minutes, then try again to see if your internet is working.

Your router (or modem) is the box that connects you to the internet. It is most likely plugged into the phone line somwhere in your home or office.

If none of the above works then you will need to either:-

  1. Contact the company that provides your IT Support service (the company who looks after your computers for you)

  2. Contact the company that provides your internet connection
