An error from my email program
If you are receiving an error from your email program please check the following:-

  1. You are connected to the internet

  2. Try rebooting your computer

  3. Try turning your router off and on again

  4. Make sure that your email program is correctly set up using the set up guides found in this FAQ section - click here to view.

If none of the above works then you will need to either:-

  1. Contact the company that provides your IT Support service (the company who looks after your computers for you)

  2. Or, you can use our IT Support service. This is charged at our hourly rate. Please log a tech support ticket via www.ph9 / uporium / Antiques Web We will then call you back to remote control into your computer and look at the problem.
