I`ve been invoiced for some work but I don`t think it`s completed yet...
We completely understand you not wanting to pay an invoice if you don’t think the work has yet been completely finished, and we want to make sure that you are 110% happy with anything we`ve done. Unfortunately at the same time we have to cover the costs of delivering the work presented to you.

As standard practice we send you an invoice for the work once it has been presented to you and checked to make sure it conforms with what we originally quoted for. Our standard invoice term is usually 30 days giving you 30 days to let us know if you`re having any problems or need something changing.

If you`re having problems with any of the work delivered then please don`t worry, we are really committed to making sure we deliver a fantastic service and getting any issues resolved as soon as we can. Within your web site manager or admin interface, please click on the "Report problem / get help" link and send us a message. We guarantee we`ll respond the very same day!

Even if the work isn`t live yet, if it has still been completed as per the original quotation then the invoice is still due within 30 days. We offer a lifetime warranty and guaranteed same day response on all our work* and will make sure any problems or queries you have are resolved ASAP... again, please just click on the "Report problem / get help" link in your web site manager or admin interface for a guaranteed same day response.
