Thunderbird
To show all folders you have stored on your email account on Thunderbird (like your junk mail folder, sent folder, or folders created on another computer), you will need to subscribe to the folders. A little annoying but just the way Thunderbird works unfortunately. These instructions will show you how to do this.

Firstly, open up Thunderbird by clicking on it`s icon (generally located in the Taskbar)

Once it is open, right click on your desired mail account and select the `Subscribe...`option.

In the new window that has popped up you will see a list of all folders associated with this email account. To subscribe or unsubscribe to a folder you can either tick/untick the checkbox alongside it or select the desired folder and press the `Subscribe` or `Unsubscribe` buttons.

Once you are happy with your changes please press the OK button.
