In 99.9% of cases the reason you get a bounceback is due to a problem with the email account of the person you`re emailing. Either you have spelt their address incorrectly, their account has got a technical problem, or there`s some kind of other error with the company that provides their email. Either way in this situation it is very unlikely that there are any faults at our end, nor that there is anything we`re able to do about it.

However, if you are completely sure that the bounceback error you have received may be a problem at our end and that you`d like us to investigate it then please submit a support request. Please note however that should you ask us to investigate a bounceback message for you, and it turns out that this error is not due to a fault at our end, then a charge for our time may apply.
