Transferring my email accounts to a new provider
Who this FAQ is for
Clients who:-
- Have their email accounts hosted with our MailEnable service
- Are cancelling their services with us
- Wish to move their email accounts to a new provider
Transferring your email message history
Your new provider will need to do this for you as this isn't a service we provide. Please contact your new email provider for details.
Your domain names
If you are moving your email accounts and website to a new provider, and you have your domain name registered with us, you will also need to transfer your domain name to your new provider.
