How long does it take to process a video?
This depends on:-
a) How large / long your video is
b) How many videos you have uploaded at (or around) the same time
c) How many videos we are processing for other clients
Usually if your video is say around a minute long, then you should expect to have it processed within 5 minutes. If your video hasn't been processed after an hour, please raise a support ticket and include the reference number of the item you're adding and we'll be sure to take a look.
