How do I enter my Opayo by Elavon details into my website?

1) Go to the website manager and go to "Settings", and then "Shop settings"

2) From there click on the "Payment provider" tab

3) Ensure Opayo by Elavon is selected as the payment provider

4) Under "General & Authentication" on that page, enter in the following:-

a) Opayo VendorName

b) Opayo encryption password. This will be your encryption password and NOT your login password for your Opayo admin panel. You can get this from Opayo (usually this is available when you login; but if in any doubt Opayo should be able to email this to you)

5) Where it says "Opayo Mode" you'll need to leave it in TEST mode and then complete a test transaction to prove to Opayo that everything is working as it should. You'll need test credit card details for this which you can find here:-

6) Opayo usually also want you to put a refund through of the test transaction (to prove you know how to do this) which you can do via your Opayo login. Any questions on how to do this, please consult with Opayo as they'll be able to guide you through this

7) After that you can ask Opayo to switch you to live at their end. Once they've made your account live at your end, return to the Opayo section in the website manager and then change it from "TEST" to "LIVE" in the website manager and you should be good to go!
