How do I cancel my services? (and access the cancellation form)


All cancellations for our marketplaces (Antiques Boutique and Militaria Zone) or for our ready-made ("off the shelf") websites MUST be put through our easy to use cancellation forms so that we can process your cancellation properly and cancel payments etc.

Cancellations are NOT accepted by email, post or phone.

We try to make cancellations as easy as possible; our cancellation forms are easy to use and ensure we have all the information we need to cancel your services quickly and efficiently, and tie up any lose ends. Please use our cancellation forms to avoid unnecessary billing, lost domain names, etc.

Please see details below on how to cancel services:-

 

Websites (ready-made / off the shelf)

Cancellations must be put through the cancellation form in the website manager. This is so that we can cancel your billing, cancel future payments, and know what to do with particulars such as your domain name renewals going forwards and any email accounts you may have with us.

You can fill in the cancellation form by following these instructions:-

1. Login to your website manager

2. Go to the "Help, Billing & Upgrades" section

3. Scroll down on that page to the cancellation section, and click on the link "Click here for our cancellation form"

4. Fill out the cancellation form

5. We will then cancel your services, cancel the billing going forwards after any final payments, and action domain name cancellations and/or transfers accordingly if and where applicable

 

Antiques Boutique

If you have a website with us, this can be done via your website manager via the "Help, Billing & Upgrades" section. Please see the "Websites (ready-made / off the shelf)" section above.

If you do not have a website with us, this can be done via the dealer area at www.antiquesboutique.com/dealerarea/

Militaria Zone

If you have a website with us, this can be done via your website manager via the "Help, Billing & Upgrades" section. Please see the "Websites (ready-made / off the shelf)" section above.

If you do not have a website with us, this can be done via the dealer area at www.militariazone.com/dealerarea/

Bespoke websites / legacy websites

If you have a bespoke website created more than 10+ years ago which does not have the "Help, Billing & Upgrades" section in the website manager, please email us on hello@ph9.com for details on where to get the cancellation form.

 

Any other services / miscellaneous services

If you have any miscellaneous services, eg you don't have a website or marketplace subscription with us, then please email us on hello@ph9.com for details on where to get the cancellation form.
