Create a new email address

To create a new email address please log a technical support ticket and tell us:-

1) What the new email address should be

2) Whether you would like the email address go to an existing email account you have, or whether it should be a new (and seperate) email account

3) If you`d like it to be a new (and seperate) email account, please tell us what you would like the password to be.

Once we`ve set up the email account we`ll confirm by emailing you. If it is a new email account then you can find out how to access it by clicking on the Access my email section under How do I? in the Email section of this FAQ. If you just want to add an email address to an existing email account then no action will be necessary once we`ve added it for you.
