Can you change the payment date on my direct debit to match the invoice due date on my invoices?

Your direct debit comes out around the beginning of the month (eg the 3rd) and you get invoiced on the 1st of the month. The due date on your invoices says 30 days from now (so 30th of the month).

You would like to change your direct debit due date to 30th of the month.

It is not possible to change the payment date on your direct debit and the invoice due date on invoices should be ignored. It defaults to 30 days on our invoicing system. Your invoice is created around the same time the payment is taken and this is correct.
