Can I add items to marketplaces from the mobile app?


If you are a member of Antiques Boutique and have a website with us, or are on the Large plan, you may have enabled integrations with marketplaces such as Love Antiques, The Hoarde, and others.

When adding a product via the mobile app, the item will not automatically be added to these marketplaces. This is due to the way the mobile app interacts with third-party systems, and due to limitations with some of these third-party intergrations.

Because of this, any items added through the mobile app must be manually added to your connected marketplaces using the Website Manager.

 

To view items that need to be added to marketplaces

  1. Log in to your Website Manager
  2. Click on the "Dashboard" menu item on the left-hand side
  3. Navigate to the "Marketplaces" section

Here, you’ll see a list of items that have either already been added or still need to be added to the relevant marketplaces. From there you can click on one of the items that hasn't been uploaded, and tap the 'Marketplace' tab to add the item to any applicable marketplaces.
