Please refer to your Blackberry`s instruction manual, or talk to the company / network that provided your phone (eg o2, Vodafone, AT&T etc) for instructions on how to set it up.

Please make sure you follow these instructions in every detail otherwise they might not work.

The details you may need are:-

Incoming email (receiving email)

Incoming mail server address: [[MailServer]]
Incoming mail server type: IMAP
Incoming mail server port: 143

Authentication is required
SSL is off


Outgoing email (sending email)

Outgoing (sending) mail server address: [[MailServer]]
Outgoing (sending) mail server type: SMTP
Outgoing (sending) mail server port: 25 (or port 81 if this doesnt work - as is the case with Orange, EE, Three and some others)

Authentication is required
SSL is off


Login details

Username: (the username provided to you by [[CompanyName]])
Password: (the password provided to you by [[CompanyName]])
