An error from my email program
If you are receiving an error from your email program please check the following:-
- You are connected to the internet
- Try rebooting your computer
- Try turning your router off and on again
- Make sure that your email program is correctly set up using the set up guides found in this FAQ section - click here to view.
If none of the above works then you will need to either:-
- Contact the company that provides your IT Support service (the company who looks after your computers for you)
- Or, you can use our IT Support service. This is charged at our hourly rate. Please log a tech support ticket via www.[[CompanyName]]support.co.uk. We will then call you back to remote control into your computer and look at the problem.
