Many of the instructions on this FAQ differ depending on what kind of website manager you're using.

There are two main types:-

1) Legacy websites (known as "Platform L")
2) Newer websites (known as "Platform X")

To find out which platform of the web site manager you are using, please log into your web site manager (or if you`re already logged in, go to the home page).

The platform will be displayed in one of two places:-

On platform L (legacy) sites, it`s displayed on the home page:-

Note - if you're still using a legacy (Platform L) website, you may wish to consider upgrading as these are many years old now.
