Where do I setup delivery pricing?

There are two main areas where you can setup delivery pricing:-

 

For your website as a whole

1) In the website manager, go to "Settings", then "Shop Settings"

2) Then click on the "Delivery" tab

3) Here you'll find a section where you can configure your delivery pricing, either weight banding or price banding your delivery (More on this below)

 

For a specific item

When adding or updating an item in the website manager, you'll see there is a "Delivery" tab. Here you can setup surcharges for this item, make it collection only, and various other options.

 

 

Weight-banded delivery

You can provide weight bands for your delivery options, which allows customers to be charged based on the total weight of an order. 

To configure weight banded delivery, simply 

1. Logging into your website manager
2. From the left hand menu, select 'Settings' then 'Shop settings'
3. Click the 'Delivery tab'
4. Under 'Delivery Options' click the applicable button below to configure your delivery options
5. Here you'll see a list of all the delivery options you have configured, ensure that for your delivery options 'Type' is selected as 'Weight Banded', and press the save button
6. Under the delivery option you want to edit, click 'Edit bands'
7. Here you'll be able to setup bands based on the weight of the order, and on a delivery zone basis
   1. For example, you can make it so that anything below 10kg costs £10, anything above costs £20, etc
   2. You can add as many bands as you want or need
8. Once you're done configuring, press the 'Save Delivery Bands' button at the top or bottom of the page

 

* Please note that in order for you to have weight banded delivery settings, you need to ensure that your stock has applicable weight provided

 

Price-banded delivery

You can provide price bands for your delivery options, which allows customers to be charged based on the total cost of their order

To configure price banded delivery, simply 

1. Logging into your website manager
2. From the left hand menu, select 'Settings' then 'Shop settings'
3. Click the 'Delivery tab'
4. Under 'Delivery Options' click the applicable button below to configure your delivery options
5. Here you'll see a list of all the delivery options you have configured, ensure that for your delivery options 'Type' is selected as 'Price Banded', and press the save button
6. Under the delivery option you want to edit, click 'Edit bands'
7. Here you'll be able to setup bands based on the weight of the order, and on a delivery zone basis
   1. For example, you can make it so that anything above £10 costs £3.99 for delivery, anything between £10 and £20 costs £5 to deliver, etc
   2. You can add as many bands as you want or need
8. Once you're done configuring, press the 'Save Delivery Bands' button at the top or bottom of the page

 

Disabling delivery to specific countries

In the scenario that you don't want to allow delivery to certain countries, you can disable the country for delivery by -:

1. Logging into your website manager
2. From the left hand menu, select 'Settings' then 'Shop settings'
3. Click the 'Delivery tab'
4. Under 'Delivery Countries - Surcharge and VAT (Sales Tax) rates' click the applicable button to configure delivery countries
5. Set 'Enabled' to 'No' for any countries you don't want to allow delivery to
