Are you using public Wifi or a public internet connection?


If you're having issues connecting to the email server using a public internet connection (eg public or shared Wifi) then we highly recommend that you find a different internet connection as if the internet connection you're using is blocking email connections there isn't much you can do about it other than use webmail by visiting www.ph9mail.co.uk
