I`ve been invoiced for the remaining 50% of my web site design but I don`t think I should pay it yet
The answer below is applicable to bespoke or custom made web sites...

We invoice for the web site at the point of the phone demo (stage 7 on our web site design process). This is made clear on our quotation, in the invoice for the deposit, and any documents containing the visual of our "web site design" process such as the design brief. We also provide links and refer to this document at various stages along the process.

This is usually a 30 day invoice giving you 30 days to review the work and make sure you`re happy with it.

One of our team will have called you 7-14 days after the web site was presented in stage 7 just to make sure everything is okay.

If you have any problems or technical difficulties with your site...

Sorry about that!! We`ll make sure that gets resolved!!

If you`re having problems please click on the "Report problem / get help" link in your web site manager and we`ll respond same day... guaranteed!! When we presented the web site this feature will have been shown to you just to make sure you`re aware you can take advantage of the really quick response time. We really want to make sure you`re happy with your new web site so think the same day response is really important.

I`m not ready for my web site to go live yet / my web site isn`t live yet...

If you`re not ready for your web site to go live yet or don`t have chance to get your content uploaded then our invoice will still be due. We can`t govern your schedules etc but unfortunately we have had to pay our team to develop your site so to cover our own costs and stay in business we must invoice you for the site once we`ve presented it to you. Hope you understand. Thank you!
